How to Manage Your Account

 Through our online portal you have the option to pay invoices, by ACH and Credit Card, confirm payment history and more.

To start managing your account follow the next steps

 

 Step 1

Log in to your Lowe's Pro Supply account.

 Step 2 

Hover over the log in icon and select Order, Quotes, & Invoices from the drop-down menu.

 

Step 3

Scroll down and click the yellow bar that says Access My Invoices, you will be redirected to Billtrust.

Step 4

 To add payment information, including bank details, select Payment Settings, then Payment Accounts. Don't forget to attach the payment information to the appropriate Group and click Save.

Step 5

To ensure that you're receiving payment notifications, verify that the box under Notification Settings is checked.

Step 6

To add a new account, click on Settings, click on Account Managment, then Add New Account, and enter requested details. The attach to the Default Group and click Save.

Step 7

To add a new user, click on Settings, then User Managment, and Add New User. Fill out the User Profile, select the appropriate User Privileges. To create an admin user, be sure to select all of the boxes under the user privileges. 

Step 8

To set-up a group in your account, go to Settings and select Group Managment. Click on Add New Group, then select the accounts you'd like for the specific group, enter the new Group Name and click Save.

What are the Benefits of using this software?
Once live on the Payment portal, in addition to being able to pay directly in the Portal, you will be able to see your invoice details, including credits and payments as well as discount dates and amounts. You will also be able to sort invoices by due date and see your full balance as well as export the invoice totals into excel and PDF.

Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?
Yes, multiple people will have the authority to log in.

Will the new portal change how our invoices look?
No, the invoices on the portal will remain in the same format as they currently are. 

Can we pay online?
Yes, you will be able to pay by Credit Card or ACH.

Can I print my electronic invoices on the portal?
Yes, you have the ability to view, print, or download your invoices.
 
How long will my records be available on the online portal?
Records will be stored for viewing for 2 years.
